Atril Research is grounded in a professional trajectory developed in universities, research centers, and international scientific organizations, combining scientific expertise, research management, and institutional leadership.
With a PhD in Chemistry and specialized in research management, I have built my career across different areas of the R&D ecosystem, from direct support to researchers and the preparation of competitive proposals to the leadership of research structures and the definition of institutional strategies.
Throughout this trajectory, I have led teams and units specialized in competitive funding, European projects, international collaboration, institutional strengthening, and science communication. I have participated in the design and implementation of strategies for funding acquisition, the attraction and development of research talent, and the improvement of institutional capacities in universities and research centers.
This experience provides a comprehensive view of the research ecosystem and a deep understanding of its dynamics, stakeholders, and funding mechanisms.
